Model 223.0/1/9 

The next steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle for model 223.1 and must be performed in the same way on the right side of the vehicle in the event of damage.

The superordinate service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Grind mating surfaces on longitudinal member reinforcement (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

2. Remove grinding dust.
