IMPORTANT Before applying adhesive bead, place windshield (1) on spacers (4) and align in body opening.

  1. Set down windshield (1) with spacers (4) on lower window frame (3) and with spacer strip (2) on upper window frame (3) and center.

    IMPORTANT Aid of helper required.

  2. Adjust clearance (a) at windshield upper edge using SPECIAL TOOL feeler gauge.

  3. Affix adhesive strips (B).
  4. Cut through adhesive strips (B) at top edge of windshield (1).
  5. Remove windshield (1) from window frame.

    IMPORTANT Aid of helper required.
