| 3 | Unscrew screws (1) and unclip switch pod (2) with button group for rear door power window (S21/3, S21/4). | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Remove screw (3). | ||
| 5 | Remove trim strip (4). | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Remove coupling (5) from light-guiding element. | Model 223 up to model year 2021 with code 891 (Premium ambiance illumination) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) |
