Remove/Install Windshield Wiper System - AR82.30-P-0001S

	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove wiper arms.		AR82.30-P-6100S
2	Unclip hose of windshield wiper system (11) from water drain.	Model 223 with code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL incl. heated windshield washer system)
3	Remove water drain.
4	Remove bolts (1).	Screw, upper/lower struts to firewall	*BA62.30-P-1002-02P
5	Remove holder (3) from strut (2).	Model 223 with code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL incl. heated windshield washer system)
6	Remove struts (2).
7	Remove screws (4, 6).	Screw, upper strut on suspension strut tower mounting console	*BA62.30-P-1007-02P
		Screw, center/lower strut to suspension strut tower mounting console	*BA62.30-P-1008-02P
		Screw, center strut to longitudinal member mounting console	*BA62.30-P-1009-02P
8	Unscrew screws of holder (7) and remove holder
9	Remove struts (5, 8).
10	Remove nuts (9).	Bolt/nut, windshield wiper system to body	*BA82.30-P-1001-01P
11	Remove the bolt (10).	Bolt/nut, windshield wiper system to body	*BA82.30-P-1001-01P
12	Lift up windshield wiper system (11) and disconnect electrical connector from motor of windshield wiper system (11).
13	Remove windshield wiper system (11).
14	Install in the reverse order.
15	Commission windshield wiper system (11).	If windshield wiper system (11) was replaced.
