	Remove/install
1	Remove trim element from passenger-side instrument panel.		AR68.10-P-1187S
2	Remove bolt (2).
3	Lift dampening (4) and release and disconnect electrical connector (3).
4	Remove front passenger side active ambient lighting control unit (1) in direction of arrow.	Do not apply any bending forces. Otherwise the front passenger side active ambient lighting control unit (1) will be damaged. Ensure that the front passenger side active ambient lighting control unit (1) correctly latches into place.
5	Install in the reverse order.
	Finishing activity
6	Carry out commissioning of front passenger side active ambient lighting control unit (1).	When replacing the front passenger side active ambient lighting control unit (1).
