| 1 | Perform commissioning of rear seat heater control unit (N25/6). | If the rear seat heater control unit (N25/6) is replaced. | |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 3.1 | Open maintenance flap (1) in trunk. | Model 167.1 | |

| 4 | Detach cable duct (5) far enough to gain access to the rear seat heater control unit (N25/6). | Model 167.9 | |
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connectors (2). | ||
| 6 | Release rear seat heater control unit (/N256) at catch hooks (3) and remove. | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order. |
