| 1 | Extend ball neck. | ||
| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||

| 7 | Remove grommet (2) and route trailer socket wiring harness and swivel electrics (1) outwards. | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical plug (5). | ||
| 9 | Unscrew bolts and remove trailer socket (X58, X58x1). | ||
| 10 | Expose wiring harness for trailer socket and swivel electrics (1) and remove. | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
