Tightening Procedure For Cylinder Head Bolts - AR01.30-P-5800-01MFC

Cylinder head on the crankcase 

  1. Tighten screws (1 to 10) in numerical sequence to stage 1 TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
  2. Tighten screws (1 to 10) in numerical sequence to stage 2 TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
  3. Tighten screws (1 to 10) in numerical sequence with a SPECIAL TOOL tightening angle with magnet to stages 3 to 5 TORQUE SPECIFICATION .

    NOTES Follow the tightening sequence within the stages. Do not tighten the same screw in multiple stages right after one another.

    Engine damage can occur otherwise.

  4. Tighten bolts (11) TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
