Apply Adhesive Material To Rear Window - AR67.20-P-3000-05MFA

NOTES

The bonding area must be free of dust and grease.

Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.

IMPORTANT

Use only the repair kit specified in the EPC.

  1. Guide application nozzle (13 mm) along the rear window (1) and in doing so apply adhesive material evenly along the markings (hatched area).

    NOTES Install rear window (1) within 10 min of applying the adhesive material.

    Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.

    IMPORTANT

    The height of the adhesive bead must be approx 13 mm.

  2. Completely press out and dispose of adhesive material that is not needed.

    IMPORTANT

    Use SPECIAL TOOL adapter to completely press out 1-component adhesive Insert it between the cartridge piston and the plate on the push rod of the squeeze gun.
