The bonding area must be free of dust and grease.
Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
Use only the repair kit specified in the EPC.

- Guide application nozzle 13 mm along the windshield (1), thus applying the adhesive material uniformly along the markings (hatched area).
Install windshield (1) within 10 min of applying adhesive material.
Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
The height of the adhesive bead must be approx. 13 mm.
- Completely press out and dispose of adhesive material that is not needed.
Use
adapter to completely press out 1-component adhesive. Lay it between the piston of the cartridge and the plate on the push rod of the squeeze gun.
