	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove belt pulley/vibration damper (8).		AR03.30-P-1600MFC
2	Use suitable tool to remove front radial shaft sealing ring (5) from mounting hole.		AR03.20-P-3002-01MFC
		Do not damage crankshaft (1) and mounting hole; use a clean rag as a base to press out. Leakage can occur otherwise. Install front radial shaft sealing ring (5) with drift flush in timing case cover. Repair solution in case of galling at belt pulley/vibration damper (8): Evenly hammer in front radial shaft sealing ring (5) deeper by installation depth "B" 0.7 mm. 	Check
3	Check contact surface of front radial shaft sealing ring (5) at hub of belt pulley/vibration damper (8).	If score marks and galling are visible: Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (8).	AR03.30-P-1600MFC
4	Install in the reverse order.

5	Check engine oil level with instrument cluster and correct if necessary.

	Risk of burn  injuries, suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. 	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. 6	Perform engine test run. While doing so, check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
