| 1 | Remove upper engine cover. | ||

| 2 | Unclip cable duct (1) and set aside. | ||
| 3 | Unclip engine air intake duct (2) upstream of the air filter (arrows) and remove. | ||

| 5 | Release and disconnect the electrical connector (3) of the fan unit (4). | ||
| 6 | Unclip cable ties (9) and set electric lines aside. | ||

| 11 | Unclip line (13) at fan unit (4) and place to one side. | ||

| 13 | Release catches (15) from fan unit (4) on lower coolant radiator. | ||
| 14 | Remove left and right bracket (F) from fan unit (4). | ||
| 15 | Release retaining clamps (7) from the top of the fan unit (4) and push the fan unit (4) toward the rear slightly (arrow A). | ||
| 16 | Pull fan unit (4) upward out of upper holders (8) and remove (arrow B). | ||
| 17 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
