Prepare Body Flange For Front Fixed Element Of Panoramic Sliding Sunroof For Installation - AR77.21-P-0803-03MFB

1. Cut adhesive beads (1) down to a height of approx. 1 to 2 mm using scraper.
2. Completely cut back residues of spacers (2, 3, 4) and adhesive bead (1) present in this area.
3. Clean residual glue bead with the cleaner.

   

   The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

4. Remove cutting residues using the wet and dry vacuum cleaner.
5. Repair paint damage.

   

   Use only primer filler approved by Daimler AG: https://xentryportal.i.daimler.com

6. Apply primer in gluing area if glue residues are not present.

   Apply primer only after primer has dried.

   Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

   

   The primer is included in the repair kit.
