1. Close flexible glass element (3).

   If the flexible glass element (3) is installed.

2. Position front stationary element (1) with of helper, lay down carefully and press on slightly.
3. Insert feeler gauges ( ) adjusted to the gap dimension (A, B) determined before removal between front stationary element (1) and windshield (2) or flexible glass panel (3) and align front stationary element (1).

   

   Depending on scope of repair, it may be possible, that the windshield (2) or the flexible glass element (3) are removed. One of the two gap dimensions (A, B) is sufficient to align the front stationary element (1).

4. 1. If the flexible glass element (3) is installed.

      Align front stationary element (1) according to transitions (C) level to flexible glass element (3).

   2. If the flexible glass element (3) is installed.

      Center front stationary element (1) between side roof paneling.

5. Position roof railing or drip rail and align front stationary element (1) at side.

   

   Remove roof railing or drip rail only after adhesive material has cured.

6. Secure front stationary element (1) against slipping with strips of adhesive tape.
7. Put loads on front stationary element (1) during curing time of adhesive.

   Use flat weights, e.g. sandbags.

   Otherwise the front stationary element (1) can be damaged.

8. Carefully remove cup suction tool.
