Output Shaft Seal: Installation

Using a suitable seal installer, install a new output shaft seal.

NOTE: Apply threadlock to the threads of the retaining nut.

Using the Drive Pinion Flange Holding Fixture, install the transmission flange, washer and flange retaining nut.
- Tighten to 160 Nm (118 lb-ft).

Connect the rear driveshaft. For additional information, refer to DRIVESHAFT .
