Transmission Case: Disassembly

Using a suitable tool, remove and discard the output shaft seal.

Remove the extension housing bearing snap ring.
- Discard the snap ring.

Remove the extension housing bearing.

Remove the main case front seal.

Remove the 6 Power Take-Off (PTO) bolts and the cover.

Using the Slide Hammer and Bearing Cup Remover, remove the countershaft rear bearing cup.
- Discard the bearing cup.

Remove the fill and drain plugs.

Remove the magnet retainer and magnet.
