Transmission Case: Assembly

Install the magnet and magnet retainer.

Install the fill and drain plugs.
- Tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).

NOTE: Install new bearings and cups in sets only. Do not install one without the other.

Using a suitable tool, install the new countershaft rear bearing cup.
Install the PTO seal cover and the 6 PTO cover bolts.
- Tighten to 16 Nm (142 lb-in).

Install the main case front seal.

Install the extension housing bearing.

Install the new extension housing bearing snap ring.

Using a suitable tool, install a new output shaft seal.
