The processes listed below are essential to proper manufacturing of the retread and should be posted in retread plants. Adequate lighting at the work surface (200 footcandles (fc)/2153 lux (Ix) minimum, 300 footcandles (fc)/3229 lux (Ix) recommended) should be provided in the processing area.
