	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover.
			AP01.10-P-2405-01C
		: Only install engine cover after the leak test.
2	Remove upper section of air filter housing.		AR09.10-P-1150MFC
3	Release and disconnect vacuum line (4), seal exposed connections using suitable stop plugs and place vacuum line (4) to one side.	Record plug	Fig 2
4	Remove bolt (5) from coolant pipe (2).
5	Remove bolts (3) from vacuum pump (1)	Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head/cylinder head cover	*BA43.05-P-1001-01Q
6	Push coolant line (2) carefully to one side and remove vacuum pump (1) upwards.	: Insert vacuum pump (1) carefully. Otherwise, the seal may slip or be damaged. : Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket. Check for correct positioning of vacuum pump driver (1).

7	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of burn injuries,  suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8	Perform engine test run; in this connection, check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
