Remove/Install Windshield Wiper Arm - Ar82.30-D-6952TS

	Risk of fire and explosion  caused by ignition of window washing fluid or antifreeze and their vapors. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing window washing fluid or antifreeze or inhaling their vapors. Risk of injury  or physical irritations caused by contact of window washing fluid or antifreeze with eyes, mucous membranes or skin.	Wear protective clothing and tight-fitting safety glasses. No open flames, fire or ignition sources. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. When working with window washing fluids or antifreeze, do not eat, drink, or smoke. Do not inhale vapors and ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area. Store window washing fluid and antifreeze leakfree in safely closed original containers and out of the reach of children. 	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Move wiper arms (1) into lower end position.
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3	Mark installation location of one wiper arm (1).	If both wiper arms (1) are removed. This ensures that the wiper arms (1) are not swapped during installation.
4	Detach hose (4) from connection fitting (5).	Model 907 with code FM3 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL)
5	Remove cap (2).
6	Unscrew nut (3).	Nut, windshield wiper arm to wiper bearing	*BA82.30-N-1001-01TS
7	Detach wiper arm (1) from wiper bearing.	Carefully handle wiper arm (1) and do not let it fold back in an uncontrolled manner. Otherwise damage will occur to the windshield or wiper blade. : When inserting the wiper arm (1), align the center area of the wiper blade to the corresponding marking (arrow) on the windshield. A total of 4 markings (arrow) are provided on the windshield. Of these, 2 markings each (arrow), depending on the steering variant (left-hand drive vehicle, right-hand drive vehicle), are integral for the left or right wiper blade.

8	Install in the reverse order
	Check
9	Carry out function check of windshield washer system and of windshield wiper system.
