	Check
1	Secure vehicle at front axle against rolling
2	Insert test scale (1) into pit hoist

		Test balance	Fig 1
3	Raise vehicle using pit hoist and test scale (1) at suitable position on rear axle	The vehicle must be raised only when it is unladen. Otherwise the rear axle may be damaged. Only raise vehicle until wheels can turn freely.
4	Read off rear axle load on test balance (1)	Note down measured value.
5	Lower vehicle
6	Remove tooling
