After replacing the brake calipers on the rear axle, reset the activation/actuation cycles of the electric parking brake (EPB) in the control unit N30/4 - Electronic Stability Program (ESP)® via the diagnostic system.

To do so, select the following menu items in XENTRY Diagnosis:
