	Check automatic reversing function in closing direction
1	Park vehicle on level surface, operate parking brake and switch on ignition.	Battery voltage at least 12 V. Perform all test steps on all exterior swiveling doors of the vehicle.
2	Switch off door wing lock using pushbutton switch (3).
3	Using the test equipment, check the automatic reversing function during the closing process at test points (A to D).
	Testing supplies for door reversing system	To do so, open outward swiveling door using door button (1 or 2) and close again. The outward swiveling door must move back to the opening position. If the outward swiveling door does not move back to the opening position, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.	WF58.50-D-7240-01TS
4	During the closing process, press against the support arm (4) or the door wing.	For this purpose, close the outward swiveling door using the door button (1 or 2). Check each door wing individually. The outward swiveling door must move back to the opening position.
		If the outward swiveling door does not move back to the opening position, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.
5	Close outward swiveling door using door button (1 or 2).
	Check automatic reversing function in opening direction
6	Hold outward swiveling door firmly during opening procedure.	For this purpose, open the outward swiveling door using the door button (1 or 2). Check each door wing individually. The outward swiveling door must remain stationary. If the outward swiveling door does not remain stationary, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.
7	Close outward swiveling door using door button (1 or 2).
	Check interior emergency release (version with emergency release lever (8))
8	With outward swiveling door closed, pull emergency release lever (8) in downward direction until it engages.	With the ignition switched on and the emergency release actuated, a warning tone is activated.
9	Open outward swiveling door by hand.	If outward swiveling door cannot be opened by hand, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.
10	Push retainer (6) and move back emergency release lever (8).
11	Fit a new lead seal (7).	If the vehicle is outside Germany, the valid regulations of the relevant country must be observed.
	Check interior emergency release (version with emergency door lever (9))
12	With outward swiveling door closed, fold up cover (10) and turn emergency door lever (9) in direction of arrow.	With the ignition switched on and the emergency release actuated, a warning tone is activated.
13	Open outward swiveling door by hand.	If outward swiveling door cannot be opened by hand, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.
14	Reset emergency door lever (9).
15	Close cover (10) and attach tamper-proof seal.	If the vehicle is outside Germany, the valid regulations of the relevant country must be observed.
	Check exterior emergency release
16	With outward swiveling door closed, turn emergency door lever (5) in direction of arrow.	If the driver's door is locked, the emergency door lever (5) is blocked.
17	Open outward swiveling door by hand.	If outward swiveling door cannot be opened by hand, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.
18	Reset emergency door lever (5).
	Check locking of outward swiveling door while vehicle is in motion
19	Move vehicle at a speed of approx. 10 km/h.	Only perform the test on cordoned-off site, not on public roads. No persons should be located in the area of the outward swiveling door during the test.
20	Operate door button (1 or 2).	The outward swiveling door must remain closed. If the outward swiveling door opens, ↓ determine cause and correct. After obtaining special order.
