| 2 | Drill out rivets (3) of relevant tie-down rail (1) and/or tie-down rail (2). | ||
| 3 | Remove drilling chips. | ||
| 4 | Heat tie-down rail (1) and/or tie-down rail (2) with heat gun. | ||

Hold heat gun directly at tie-down rail (1) and/or tie-down rail (2) and avoid excess heat at adjacent component parts. Paintwork will otherwise be damaged. |

| 5 | Pry off tie-down rail (1) and/or tie-down rail (2) from body using suitable wedges. | ||
| 6 | Remove adhesive residues from belt rail and/or from roof frame with a suitable tool. | ||
