Remove/Install Rear Entrance Cover - Ar68.30-D-3520TS

Model 907.6/7 

Shown on model 907.6 with code W73 (Rear-end door step) except code V36 (Roof lining) 

	Notes on carrying out repair work in the vehicle interior		AH68.00-N-0001-01S
	Remove/install
1	Fully open rear-end doors.
2	Unclip covers (2).	Clip remover	Fig 1
3	Remove screws (3) and remove lock striker (4).	: Only tighten screws (3) after adjusting the locking system of the rear-end doors.
4	Remove screws (5) and remove guide pin (6).	: Only tighten screws (5) after adjusting the locking system of the rear-end doors with the specified torque.
5	Remove locking elements (7) with a suitable screwdriver.	Carefully remove locking elements (7) and use a suitable base. Otherwise, damage can occur to the cover (1)
6	Unclip cover (1) from body and remove.	Model 907.6/7 with code V08 (Range of parts, roof lining for bodybuilders) Model 907.6/7 with code V36 (Panelling under roof) Installation:  Ensure that the cover (1) is seated correctly under the D-pillar trims. WIS Service Media  wsm://04 201800 37  : Ensure that catch hooks of cover (1) are inserted into the body correctly.

7	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
8	Adjust locking system of rear-end doors.		AR72.20-D-1032-07TS
		Screw, guide pin to body	*BA72.20-N-1006-01TS
		Screw/bolt, lock striker to body	*BA72.20-N-1005-01TS
