	Remove
1	Release door trim of the front door (2) in the top area.		AR72.10-P-6575ME
2	Release window frame lining (3) until the electrical connector of the tweeter is accessible.	Long wedge	Fig 2
3	Disconnect electrical connector of the tweeter and remove the window frame lining (3).	Model 167 with code 811 (Advanced sound system) An additional electrical connector is installed for the ambient lighting.
4	Detach sealing frame (1) from the front door (2).	A new sealing frame (1) must always be installed after removal.
5	Remove adhesive residue from front door (2) using a surface conditioning disk and clean bonding surface.

		Bonding surfaces must be free from dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components. Otherwise there may be adhesion problems. Surface conditioning disk with a diameter of 100 mm with attachment shaft, company 3M Deutschland GmbH D-41453 Neuss. Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
	Install
6	Remove spacer strip (4) by approx. 2 cm at one end of new sealing frame (1).
7	Stick sealing frame (1), starting at the side, at the height of the lower edge of the top hinge (arrow), onto the front door (2).	The spacer strip (4) of the sealing frame (1) must be in contact with door paneling over its entire length, without any gaps.
8	Cut off the protrusion of the sealing frame (1) and connect and stick on both ends of the sealing frame (1) with the stop plug (5).	Cut off protrusion so that there is no gap between the two ends of sealing frame (1).
9	Firmly roll on sealing frame (1) using a roller.	Roller	Fig 1
10	Completely remove spacer strip (4) from sealing frame (1) starting at the separated end.
11	Connect electrical connector of the tweeter and install window frame lining (3).	Model 167 with code 811 (Advanced sound system) An additional electrical connector is installed for the ambient lighting.
12	Fasten door trim of the front door (2).		AR72.10-P-6575ME
