Remove/Install Front Door Inner Actuation - AR72.10-P-1400ME

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
	Remove
1	Remove front door trim.		AR72.10-P-6575ME
2	Remove damping from door trim.
3	Cut off welded spacers (1) with a suitable tool and remove inside door handle (2).	Always install new inside door handle (2).
4	Remove front left central locking system inside door handle switch (S85/5) and front right central locking system inside door handle switch (S85/6).
5	Remove fiber-optic cable (3).
	Install
6	Shorten welded spacers (1) of the new actuator (2) by approx. 11 mm.
7	Install fiber-optic cable (3).
8	Install front left central locking system inside door handle switch (S85/5) and front right central locking system inside door handle switch (S85/6).
9	Fasten new inside door handle (2) with screws and washers on the door trim.
10	Install damping of door trim.
