Connection, condensation drain hose (2) to body (3)
- 5
Check whether the inner sealing lips (arrows g, h) of condensation drain hose (2) make flush contact with body (3) all the way round.
Depending on the vehicle, condensation drain hose (2) can have three sealing lips (picture C1) or two sealing lips (picture C2) in the area of the body opening.
The inner sealing lip (arrow h) does not seal off the body opening, but still has to be flush fitted all the way round.
- 6
Make sure condensation drain hose (2) is not jammed in the area of the inner sealing lips (arrow g, h) between damping and body (3).
For condensation drain hoses (2) with three sealing lips (picture C1).
- 7
Position inner sealing lip (arrow g) of condensation drain hose (2) so that it makes flush contact with the body (3) all the way round.
