| 1 | Remove engine with front axle carrier. | AR01.10-P-2500MNO | |
| 2 | Remove screw (1), unclip coolant lines and place to one side. | ||
| 3 | Remove purge line (3) from the right charge-air distributor (2) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Remove vacuum line (6) from the right charge air distributor (2) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (4, 5). | ||
| 6 | Loosen clamp (9) on the right charge-air distributor (2). | *BA09.41-P-1002-01X | |
| 7 | Remove screws (7) in reverse order to tightening procedure. | AR09.41-P-8683-01XGA | |

| 11 | Remove guides of seals (8) from the right charge-air distributor (2). | When replacing right charge-air distributor (2). | |
| 12 | Install in the reverse order. |
