| 1 | Detach front floor covering on front passenger side until fuse box (5) is accessible. | AR68.80-P-0008ME | |
| 2 | Unclip fuse box (5) and place to one side until nuts (3) are accessible. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. |

| 3 | Mark installation position of hinge leaf (1.1) and hinge support (1.2) using suitable means. | ||
| 4 | Support front passenger door with suitable means and fix in place. | The front passenger door must be supported and fixed in place. The front passenger door could otherwise be damaged. |

| 5 | Remove nuts (3). | ||
| 6 | Remove screws (2) and remove hinge leaf (1.1) with hinge support (1.2). | ||

| 8 | Align hinge leaf (1.1) using the markings made previously and tighten screws (2) lightly by hand. | ||
| 9 | Align hinge support (1.2) by means of the previously applied markings and slightly tighten nuts (3) by hand. | ||
