1	Evacuate air conditioning system.		AR83.30-P-1760ME
2	Fill air conditioning with forming gas and check pressure drop.

		Pay attention to the leak tester operator's manual. Do not fill air conditioning system with forming gas unless engine is cold. Temperature changes during the pressure test (e.g. through change in weather or cooling down of the engine compartment) can cause pressure surges. Consistent ambient conditions must therefore be strictly ensured.

3	Check for leakage on air conditioning system using gas detection unit.	If no pressure drop was detected.
