| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove charge air cooler bracket from timing case cover. | AR09.41-P-6817MRK | |
| 2 | Remove brackets (1). | *BA09.41-P-1003-01ZA | |
| 3 | Release, disconnect electrical connector (2) and unclip electrical wiring harness at left charge air line (3). | ||
| 4 | Remove left charge air line (3). | ||
| 5 | Release, disconnect electrical connector (4) and unclip electric line from throttle valve actuator (M16/6). | ||
| 6 | Unscrew screws (5) and remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6). | *BA30.20-P-1001-01E | |
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 8 | Connect vehicle diagnosis system, read out fault memory and clear if necessary. | ||
