| 1 | Remove left charge air cooler. | AR09.41-P-6827MNO | |
| 2 | Release and disconnect electrical connector of right throttle valve actuator (M16/61). | ||
| 3 | Remove purge line (1) at right charge air cooler (2). | ||
| 4 | Remove right charge air cooler (2) upwards. | Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L |

| 5 | Check elastomer bearings of right charge air cooler (2) for damage. | If problems exist, ↓ Replace appropriate elastomer bearing. |

| 6 | Remove right throttle valve actuator (M16/61). | When replacing the right charge air cooler (2). | AR07.51-P-1403MNO |
| 7 | Remove pressure sensor upstream of right throttle valve (B28/21). | When replacing the right charge air cooler (2). | AR09.41-P-1021MNO |
| 8 | Remove boot (3) from right charge air cooler (2). | When replacing the right charge air cooler (2). |
