Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove front bumper. | AR88.20-P-2000ME | |
| 2 | Attach clamps to coolant hoses (1). | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Remove coolant hoses (1) at additional cooler (5). | Capture escaping coolant using suitable means. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ |
| 4 | Unclip coolant lines (2) using suitable tool from supporting frame (3) and place to one side. | ||
| 5 | Release locks (4) using suitable tool and remove additional cooler (5) with supporting frame (3) downwards. | ||

| 6 | Check additional cooler (5) for damage. | If damage is present, ↓ Replace additional cooler (5). |

| 7 | Remove additional cooler (5) from supporting frame (3). | When replacing additional cooler (5). | |
