Remove/Install Charge Air Line - AR09.41-P-8950MSC

	Remove/install
1	Remove charge-air distributor.		AR09.41-P-8683MSC
2	Remove rear engine mount from engine carrier.	Do not remove engine carrier.	AR22.10-P-4360MSC
3	Lift transmission and support from below with suitable tool.

4	Remove mounting plate and major assembly mount from working area.

5	Lower vehicle.
6	Loosen clamps (2).	Screw clamp, boot between charge air lines	*BA09.41-P-1009-01MRT
7	Remove charge air line part 1 (1).	: Align marking of charge air line part 1 (1) to the marking of the boot (3).
8	Remove boot (3).	: Install new boot (3). Wet boot (3) with lubricant. Align marking of the boot (3) to the marking on charge air line part 2 (5). Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
9	Remove pressure and temperature sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/26).	When installing new charge air line part 1 (1).	AR09.41-P-2011MSC
10	Remove bleed line (8) from charge air line part 2 (5).
11	Unscrew bolt (4).	Screw/bolt, charge air line to chain case cover	*BA09.41-P-1002-01MRT
12	Loosen clamps (6).	Screw clamp, boot between charge air lines	*BA09.41-P-1009-01MRT
13	Remove charge air line part 2 (5).	: Align marking of charge air line part 2 (5) to the marking of the boot (7).
14	Remove boot (7).	: Install new boot (7). Wet boot (7) with lubricant. Align marking of the boot (7) to the marking on the exhaust gas turbocharger. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
15	Install in the reverse order.
