Rear Roof Frame Removal - Ar65.20-P-1008-01ME

Model 167.1 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be accomplished analogously on the right side of the vehicle.

The higher-level service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Expose spot welds on roof frame (1) and cut out (areas A).

2. Expose spot welds on roof frame (1) and with drill out with Ø 6.5 mm bit (area B).
3. Remove roof frame (1).

4. Sand down mating surfaces to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

5. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
