| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove center liftgate trim. | AR72.20-P-6618ME | |
| 2 | Unclip the top left liftgate trim (2) and top right liftgate trim (3) to the side in the direction of the center of the liftgate (8). | Ensure that the retaining clamps (5) and the guides (6) are positioned correctly. Otherwise, the top left liftgate trim (2) or the top right liftgate trim (3) may be damaged. |

| 3 | Release the top left liftgate trim (2) and top right liftgate trim (3) on the catch tabs (7) from the top center liftgate trim (4) and remove them. | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Unclip top center liftgate trim (4). | Ensure that the retaining clamps (5) and the guides (6) are positioned correctly. Otherwise, the top center liftgate trim (4) will be damaged. |

| 5 | Check retaining clamps (5) for damage. | If there is a problem, ↓ Replace corresponding retaining clips (5). |

| 6 | Check guides (6) for damage. | If there is a problem, ↓ Replace top left liftgate trim (2), top right liftgate trim (3) or top center liftgate trim (4). |

| 7 | Install in the reverse order. |
