| Remove | |||
| 1 | Remove left/right door trim. | AR72.12-P-1011ME | |
| 2 | Remove inner sealing rail. | ||
| 3 | Remove outer sealing rail. | ||
| 4 | Remove inner window frame lining. | ||
| 5 | Pull seal (1.1) out of the B-pillar cover (3). | ||
| 6 | Remove front window guide seal (1.2) in the area of the B-pillar cover (3). | ||
| 7 | Unscrew screws of the B-pillar cover (3) and remove B-pillar cover (3). | ||
| 8 | Remove rear window guide seal (1.3) in the area of the window guide rail. | ||
| 9 | Loosen screws (4) from rear window guide rail (5). | ||
| 10 | Remove side window seal (1) from window frame. | ||
| Clean | |||
| 11 | Clean contact surfaces of the side window seal (1) on the rear door. | Assembly cleaner | *BR00.45-Z-1028-04A |
| Check | |||
| 12 | Check side window seal (1) for damage. | If reusing the side window seal (1). | |
| If damage is present, ↓ replace side window seal (1). |

| Install | |||
| 13 | Wet side window seal (1) in the assembly areas of the window frame with lubricant. | Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L | *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A |
| 14 | Position side window seal (1) on the window frame. | ||
| 15 | Wet rear window guide seal (1.3) in the area of the rear window guide rail (5) with lubricant. | Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L | *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A |
| 16 | Push rear window guide seal (1.3) in the rear window guide rail (5) downward. | ||
| 17 | Tighten screws (4) on the rear window guide rail (5). | ||
| 18 | Wet B-pillar cover (3) in the assembly area of the front window guide seal (1.2) with lubricant. | Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L | *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A |
| 19 | Install B-pillar cover (3). | ||
| 20 | Wet front window guide seal (1.2) in the area of the window guide rail with lubricant. | Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L | *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A |
| 21 | Push front window guide seal (1.2) in the window guide rail downward. | ||
| 22 | Install seal (1.1) on B-pillar cover (3). | ||
| 23 | Install outer sealing rail. | ||
| 24 | Install inner sealing rail. | ||
