| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Unclip cover (1). | ||
| 3 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (3). | ||
| 4 | Press out faceplate (2) on the front side upward. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. |

| 5 | Unclip driver power window switch group (S20/1) from the faceplate (2). | ||
| Check | |||
| 6 | Check the catch hooks for the cover (1) and the faceplate (2) for damage. | If damage is present, ↓ replace cover (1) or faceplate (2). |

| 7 | Install in the reverse order. |
