| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Remove cover above suspension strut tower. | ||
| 3 | Unclip engine compartment prefuse box (F150/3) from holder (2) and place to one side with connected lines. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. |

| 4 | Remove nuts (1) and remove holder (2). | ||
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (4). | ||
| 6 | Remove nut (3). | ||
| 7 | Remove front right body acceleration sensor (B24/4). | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order |
