| 1 | Drain coolant of the engine cooling circuit. | AR20.00-P-1142MNO | |
| 2 | Remove right front wheel and tire assembly. | AR40.10-P-1102ME | |
| 3 | Remove front section of the front right fender liner. | AR88.10-P-1301ME | |
| 4 | Remove front bumper. | AR88.20-P-2000ME | |
| 5 | Remove nut (1). | *BA20.20-P-1003-01Q | |
| 6 | Unclip bleed line (2) and place to one side. | ||
| 7 | Unclip electrical wiring harness from carrier (3). | Fig 2 | |
| 8 | Remove the coolant line (4) from the connecting point on the additional radiator (6). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Remove the coolant line (5) from the additional radiator (6). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Pull the additional radiator (6) out of the stud bolt of the nut (1) and remove it from the bracket (7) with a suitable tool. | ||
| 11 | Swivel the additional radiator (6) in the lower area to the rear and remove it. | *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A | |
| 12 | Check the elastomer bearings of the installation frame (8) for damage. | If damage is present, ↓ Replace the elastomer bearings of the installation frame (8). |

| 13 | Remove the air ducting (9) from the additional radiator (6). | When installing new additional cooler (6). | |
| 14 | Remove the additional radiator (6) from the installation frame (8). | When installing new additional cooler (6). | |
| 15 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
