| 1 | Commission driver multicontour seat control unit or front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16). | If the driver multicontour seat control unit or the front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16) is replaced. | |

| 2 | Remove seat backrest trim. | AR91.10-P-1912ME | |
| 3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 4 | Use suitable tool to release and disconnect pneumatic line (1) from connection of driver multicontour seat control unit or front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16). | ||
| 5 | Release catch hooks (arrows) using suitable tool and remove driver multicontour seat control unit or front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16) with attached electric and pneumatic lines. | Do not stretch, crush or kink electric and pneumatic lines. This will damage the electric and pneumatic lines and impair their function. |

| 6 | Unhook pneumatic lines using extraction hook from holder (2). | Fig 2 | |
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors from driver multicontour seat control unit or front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16). | ||
| 8 | Carefully pull driver multicontour seat control unit or front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16) upwards then release and disconnect pneumatic lines using suitable tool. | Make sure that the pneumatic lines are not kinked. Otherwise, the pneumatic lines may become leaky. |

| 9 | Remove driver multicontour seat control unit or front passenger multicontour seat control unit (N32/15 or N32/16). | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
