	Remove/install
1	Tilt seat backrest (2) to foremost or rearmost position.
2	Move head restraint (1) all the way up.
3	Push the pushbutton switch (3) and remove head restraint (1) upwards.	:  Push head restraint (1) downwards until the detent notch (4) engages audibly.
4	Install in the reverse order.
