2	Detach electrical connector (1) from mounting plate (2).
3	Remove screws (3) and remove mounting plate (2).	Make sure washers of screws (3) are seated correctly. Otherwise, the horn is not operational. 4	Release and disconnect electrical connectors (4), and expose electrical wiring harness (5) on cover (6) (arrows).
5	Remove screws (7).
6	Unclip and remove cover (6) with multifunction steering wheel button group 1 (S163/1) and multifunction steering wheel button group 2 (S163/2).	Long wedge	Fig 1
7	Remove screws (8) and remove multifunction steering wheel button group 1 (S163/1) and multifunction steering wheel button group 2 (S163/2).	Replace multifunction steering wheel button group 1 (S163/1) and multifunction steering wheel button group 2 (S163/2) in sets only.
8	Install in the reverse order.
9	Commission steering wheel electronics.	When replacing multifunction steering wheel button group 1 (S163/1) and multifunction steering wheel button group 2 (S163./2).
