	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover.
		: Do not install upper engine cover until after the leak test.	AP01.10-P-2405-01K
2	Remove cap of expansion reservoir (1).
3	Extract coolant from expansion reservoir (1).	Hand pump	Fig 1
4	Open clamp (2), remove return line (3) from the expansion reservoir (1), and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.	Commercially available devices/tools  Hose clamp pliers. Record plug	Fig 3
5	Remove coolant hose (4) from expansion reservoir (1) and seal openings with protective covers.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

6	Remove coolant line (5) from the bracket (6).
7	Remove coolant line (7) from the expansion reservoir (1).
8	Remove screw (8).	Screw, charge air cooling expansion reservoir to holder	*BA09.41-P-1010-01FA
9	Unclip bracket (9) and remove expansion reservoir (1).
10	Install in the reverse order.
11	Correct coolant level.

	Check
12	Check engine cooling system for leak tightness.		AR20.00-P-1010MFG
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
13	Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
14	Install upper engine cover.
