CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.

REMOVING
INSTALLING
Remove/install     
1 Remove alternator (G2).   AR15.40-P-5032MFG
2 Remove screws (2). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw, belt tensioner to alternator *BA13.25-P-1006-01Z 
3 Remove tensioning device (1).    
4 Check tensioning device (1) for damage, wear and contamination. If problems exist,

Replace clamping device (1).
 
5 Install in the reverse order.
