Replace Air Suspension Compressor Elastomer Bearing - AR32.22-P-2011FR

Model 257 with code 489 (AIR BODY CONTROL)

	Remove
1	Remove AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)		AR32.22-P-2001FR
	Disassemble
2	Press elastomer bearings (2a) out of eyelet on AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)	Along with the elastomer bearings (2a), the washer (2b), protective sleeves (2c, 2e, 2g), elastomer bearings (2f) and compression springs (2d) are also to be replaced. Otherwise knocking and thumping noises can occur.
	Assemble
3	Insert the elastomer bearings (2a) into the eyelet on the AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)	The raised section of the elastomer bearing (2 a) must face downwards. The grooves of the elastomer bearings (2a) must engage around the entire circumference into the eyelets on the AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1).
4	Place washer (2b) and protective sleeve (2e) onto elastomer bearings (2a)
5	Place elastomer bearings (2 f) onto protective sleeve (2g)	The outer lip of the elastomer bearings (2f must enclose the disks of the protective sleeves (2g) around the entire circumference.
6	Fit compression springs (2d) onto protective sleeve (2c, 2g)
	Install
7	Install AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)		AR32.22-P-2001FR
