Remove/Install Rear Axle RPM Sensor - AR42.30-P-0716FR

Model 257, 290

CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Raise vehicle.   AR00.60-P-1006A
2 Release and disconnect electrical connector (6).    
3 Unscrew bolt (4). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, rpm sensor to wheel carrier *BA42.30-P-1001-02K 
4 Remove holder (5) from rear axle rotational speed sensor (L6/3, L6/4) and hang to one side.    
5 Remove rear axle rotational speed sensor (L6/3, L6/4) from wheel carrier.    
6 Install in the reverse order.    
7 Read out fault memory using vehicle diagnosis system; delete fault memory if necessary.
