Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Of Windshield Washer System - AR82.35-P-6000ME

Shown on model 167 without code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated) 

DANGER Risk of fire and explosion  caused by ignition of window washing fluid or antifreeze and their vapors. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing window washing fluid or antifreeze or inhaling their vapors. Risk of injury  or physical irritations caused by contact of window washing fluid or antifreeze with eyes, mucous membranes or skin. Wear protective clothing and tight-fitting safety glasses. No open flames, fire or ignition sources. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. When working with window washing fluids or antifreeze, do not eat, drink, or smoke. Do not inhale vapors and ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area. Store window washing fluid and antifreeze leakfree in safely closed original containers and out of the reach of children. CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels. AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove left front wheel and tire assembly.   AR40.10-P-1102ME
2 Remove fender liner in left front fender.   AR88.10-P-1301ME
3.1 Detach windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and place to one side with electrical and hydraulic lines connected. Model 167 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL heated)
IMPORTANT Collect escaping washer fluid using a suitable container.
AR82.35-P-6002ME 
3.2 Detach windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and liftgate window washer system pump (M5/5) and place to one side with electrical and hydraulic lines connected. Model 167 with code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)
IMPORTANT Collect escaping washer fluid using a suitable container.

4 Expose electrical line (2) of washer fluid reservoir (1).    
5 Unclip coolant hoses (3) from washer fluid reservoir (1) and move out of working area.    
6 Remove nut (4). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, washer fluid reservoir to frond end *BA82.35-P-1001-01B 
7 Guide washer fluid reservoir (1) out of fender. NOTES Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Make sure that the washer fluid reservoir (1) is seated correctly in the guides (5).
 
8 Remove heat exchanger from washer fluid reservoir (1). Model 167 with code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)
Model 167 with code 875 (Heated windshield washer system)
IMPORTANT Do not disconnect the coolant hoses (3).

9 Remove washer fluid reservoir (1).    
10 Install in the reverse order.    
11 Correct fluid level of windshield washer system.    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE     AP82.35-P-8210E 
INSPECT Check     
12 Perform function test and visual check of windshield washer system.    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE     AP82.35-P-8252F
