The next steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. In case of damage on the right side of the vehicle, these steps must be performed analogously.

The superordinate service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Position rear panel crossmember mounting support (1) and screw in screws (2).
2. Rear panel crossmember mounting support (1) (area A).

   Perform inert gas welding at intervals and allow to cool down in between.

   This reduces heat distortion.
